  In previous years, Kerala was not considered as an industry-friendly state. Many big sectors did not try to establish a foothold in Kerala in those days.   Until recently, we have seen the educated youth generation moving to big cities in search of work.   There was a general feeling among students that they should leave Kerala to get better jobs. The situation which has been holding back Kerala's growth for a long time is now changing.   The IT industry, which had not performed well in prior years, has experienced tremendous growth in recent years. Following Covid, a number of companies, including those in the education and other sectors, have accelerated their digitalization efforts. This has created a good amount of job openings in the IT industry. Estimates indicate a 40% rise in employment prospects in the state's IT industry. Since the peak of the IT boom, we have seen the largest hiring boom. Though the IT industry had been in a bind soon after Covid took hold, t
